The Grace Point Contracting Difference
Exterior wall envelopes must be constructed to prevent the accumulation of water within the wall assembly. Building envelope penetrations must be properly flashed and installed to allow proper drainage down to the exterior. Flashing sequences are the number one issue that cause future water intrusion problems. The final exterior topcoat is what seals your exterior and allows the siding, flashing, and caulking to perform as intended.
